Question
Extremely hard to start when cold. Once warm starts immediately. Why?

Answer
sounds like your battery. when battery's see extreme colds they dont operate like they should. if you park your car in the garage and it starts, and you park your car outside and it takes a while to start, it is just the battery is cold and takes a few seconds to produce enought Cold Cranking Amps to start your vehicle. this is why on the battery it says something like 640CCA @32* F. that means anything colder than freezing, its going to take a bit more to start.
