Honda Repair: Accord Blue Smoke, rocker cover gasket, head gasket

Question
I have a 1990 Honda Accord, and it doesn't burn that much oil(which I'm guessing is the blue smoke. It only has Blue Smoke coming out of it at around 5000 rpm and up, and it smells like a 2 stroke lawnmower(yet another reason I think its burning oil). I have as all old Honda's do, some oil on the top part of my engine, the top where it says "Honda" at the bottom of that, where it bolts to the engine, is where the oil is. Any ideas what is causing this. Thankyou

BTW- contact by email is preferd

Answer
yes ofcourse i know whats causing this. The engine isnt made to do those sort of revs all the time, Due to this the rings develop a curved bottom and put compression into the sump as well as the pots, When there is too much compression in the sump it pushes oil through small cravises like the rocker cover (where you mensioned b4) and of course the valve guides which cause the blue smoke, after a while the rings might give away before the head gasket or bottom berrings do, So you can either fit a new rocker cover gasket or recon the engine if you want it to last.
