Honda Repair: 90 Accord EX motor swap, changing spark plugs, motor swap

Bill, I have a 1990 Accord EX (4dr) which I am interested in doing a motor swap in. I have the F22A1 motor now with auto trans. I have been doing research on the net looking for a JDM motor that will "swap" without alot of headache. I was looking into the JDM F20A? Any suggestions on other engines which may fit this year Accord?I have seen alot of JDM engines on ebay for cheap, just not sure which one to use, if any? Thank You.. Max Konig
By the way I am currnetly serving in the Navy in Iraq so research is not as easy from here as it is back home, I appreciate any help you can give.

Max, Well the best advice I can truly give you here is just to prepare for a headache no matter what. The easier it is the less it will be in the end. This is not like changing spark plugs you will have to do some work. I guess what I am saying is don't look for easy, look for the right thing for you, an engine that will perform to your expectations.
