On a honda accord 1998 how do you replace a fuel pump how expensive is it how long does it take

I can not be sure of the price of a fuel pump for your car, but I do know that it takes ME about 25 minutes.
Leagally I can't tell you how to replace the pump. It can be dangerous since you are dealing with fuel. I can tell you that to access the pump, you need to go through the trunk and remove the access cover. From there you can see the pump. If you plan on doing it yourself, I would recommend you buying a service manual.
