Honda Repair: 95 Honda Odyssey ABS Light, conventional brakes, honda odyssey

Question
This has been a perennial problem that has been solved by a local garage by bleeding the brakes.  We have moved and no longer have access to that garage. I have bled the brakes myself in accordance to service manual but it has had no effect.  Is there any other solution short of a large repair bill? Thanks!

Answer
David,
Sounds like you have a leaky modulator/accumulator from what I gather.
By bleeding the brakes, do you mean the abs modulator? If you bleed the conventional brakes, then that has no affect on the abs. (for your problem) You must bleed the abs pump, then reset the abs computer by removing the ABSB2 fuse. Then the light will go out until it leaks down again. The had a big problem with those modulators leaking. To fix it correctly, you need to replace it. Big $$.
Good luck
