Honda Repair: 1990 Honda Accord LX, strut assembly, stock coil

Question
Hello, I'm planning to replace my Honda's coil spring that is broken. I have several questions:

1) Is this something I can do myself?
2) The book I have says the coil spring and strut comes out together as an assembly. it implies that I can purchase a replacement assembly, however, every place that I have checked, I can only buy the coil spring and strut separately. This means I would have to take apart the assembly if I wanted to replaced either the spring or the strut. Do you know if I can get the assembly and where?
3) Once I replace the coil spring/strut assembly, do I need to get the front end aligned?
4) Can I use Prestone "orange" coolant in my Honda?

Answer
The stock coil springs require a spring compressor! They are wound tight and can take your head and relocate it, USE CAUTION, You can remove all shocks and springs in solid units and take to local garage to have separated and use a drop/lower spring to replace w/o using a compression tool, but you will need to cut bumpstops in half. You will need to realighned regardless of springs you choose. Last yes any anti freeze will work. PEACE :)
