Hyundai Repair: hyundia 2007 tucson v 6, timing belt replacement, power steering pump

Question
QUESTION: replace timing belt. instructions on how to

ANSWER: Hi, Michael.  Tucson timing belt replacement is relatively straightforward on either the 2.7 or 2.0 engine, but there are enough steps in each that I'll need to know which engine you have in order to provide the correct procedure.  Your 2007 came equipped with either a 2.0L four cylinder or a 2.7 V6 engine.

QUESTION: its v 6 sorry

ANSWER: No problem, Michael.  The procedure below is adapted from one that's typically optimal with the vehicle on a lift.  If it seems easier to you that it'd be easier to disassemble things in a little bit different order, don't be afraid to give that a try.

1.  Apply the parking brake.
2.  Unbolt the cruise control module, unplug, and lay on top of the engine.
3.  Loosen the right front lug nuts.
4.  Jack the front of the vehicle and place on jack stands.
5.  Remove the engine under cover.
6.  Support the engine with a jack with a block of wood on it.
7.  Remove the engine mount bracket (4 17mm bolts/nuts, I believe).
8.  Using the jack, raise the engine.  (As you progress through this procedure, you may find it easiest to raise/lower the engine to gain access to the items you're removing/installing.  Feel free to do this as necessary.  There are enough mounts still in place that you can fully lower the engine.  The only thing you'll need to be careful of is making sure you do not put so much pressure on raising the engine that you dent the oil pan.)
9.  Release the belt tension and slip the belt off one of the pulleys.  Make a note of the routing if necessary for reinstallation.
10.  Unbolt the power steering pump (two 14mm bolts) and set the pump to the side.
11.  Remove the tensioner and belt (two 12mm bolts).
12.  Remove the idler pulley (one 17mm bolt).
13.  Remove the upper cover (seven or eight 10mm bolts).
14.  Remove the lug nuts from the right front wheel and remove the wheel.
15.  Remove the splash shield (three or four 10mm bolts).
16.  Remove the crank pulley (one 22mm bolt).  You're likely to need an impact wrench to get this bolt out.
17.  Remove the lower timing cover (two 10mm bolts).
18.  Remove the mount bracket attached to the engine (three 14mm bolts and two 12mm bolts).
19.  Rotate the engine by hand so that the timing marks are aligned.
20.  Remove the timing belt auto tensioner (two 12mm bolts).
21.  Remove the timing belt.
22.  Compress the timing belt tensioner in a vice and place a pin (or suitably-sized drill bit) through the holes to hold the tensioner compressed.
23.  Install the new timing belt, starting at the crankshaft, then to the front bank, around the water pump, and lastly to the rear bank.  Be sure that all the slack is between the rear bank and the crankshaft sprocket, and that all marks are aligned when there is no slack elsewhere.
24.  Install the timing belt tensioner.
25.  Remove the pin from the tensioner.  Verify the timing marks are aligned, turning the engine if necessary.  If the marks are not aligned and will not align, return to step 20.
26.  Install the mount bracket on the engine.
27.  Install the lower cover.
28.  Install the upper cover.
29.  Install the idler pulley.
30.  Install the tensioner with belt around tensioner pulley.
31.  Bolt the power steering pump back into place.
32.  Install the crank pulley.  Again, expect to need an impact wrench for proper tightening.
33.  Releasing the tension, install the belt around the pulleys in the proper routing.
34.  Using the jack, put the engine at level height.
35.  Install the mount bracket.
36.  Install the cruise control module.
37.  Install the splash shield.
38.  Install the under cover.
39.  Install the wheel.
40.  Lower the vehicle.
41.  Verify the right front lug nuts are tight.

QUESTION: ok changing rear 3 spark pluges do u have to remove intake and what are the steps

Answer
Indeed, you'll need to remove the upper intake (intake plenum).  There are a components (ground strap, intake air temperature sensor) that I'm not sure whether they're located on the plenum on your specific vehicle, so if they're not present, don't sweat it.  To do this:
1.  Remove the engine cover.
2.  Loosen the hose clamp attaching the intake hose to the intake plenum.
3.  Disconnect the air flow sensor.
4.  Remove the top of the air box, the air flow sensor, and the intake hose as an assembly.
5.  Unplug the throttle position sensor, the idle actuator, and, if present, the air intake temperature sensor on the rear of the plenum.
6.  Remove the throttle cable bracket from the plenum.
7.  Remove the throttle cables from the throttle lever.
8.  Remove the ground strap from the plenum.
9.  Disconnect the fuel pressure regulator hose from the regulator or plenum.
10.  Unplug the rear injector harness connector and pull the connector loose from its holder.
11.  Disconnect the PCV hose from the PCV valve.
12.  Remove the three 12mm bolts attaching the plenum to the brackets behind the plenum.
13.  Remove the five 12mm bolts and two 12mm nuts attaching the plenum to the lower intake.
14.  Lift the plenum off the lower intake and turn on its side allowing access to the rear plugs (you can use a bungee or craft a prop to hold it up).
15.  Cover the lower intake manifold with clean rags to prevent anything from dropping into the engine.
16.  Make a note of the plug wire routing and of the labels on the ignition coils.  Cylinders 1,3,5 are in the rear and 2,4,6 are in the front.
17.  Remove the plug wires.
18.  Remove the spark plugs.
19.  Install new spark plugs.
20.  Install new wires.
21.  Remove the rags and replace the plenum gasket.
22.  Reinstall the plenum and start all 10 nuts/bolts.
23.  Tighten the bolts/nuts attaching the plenum to the lower intake, working from the center outward.
24.  Tighten the three bolts attaching the plenum to the rear brackets.
25.  Install the PCV and fuel regulator hoses.
26.  Place the rear injector harness connector back on its holder and plug the engine harness onto the connector.
27.  Reinstall the throttle cables and bracket.
28.  Attach the ground strap.
29.  Reconnect the throttle position sensor, idle actuator, and air temperature sensor.
30.  Reinstall the air box lid, air flow sensor, and air intake hose.
31.  Reinstall the engine cover.
