Hyundai Repair: Windshield washer, water resevoir, hyundai elantra

My windshield washer will not stray water, the water resevoir is full. My car is a 2003 Hyundai Elantra. I found the fuse box, but not diagram to show which fuse operates what.
Please help!!!!

If your wipers work, the fuse is not blown; the same fuse controls the wipers and washer.  I'm presuming the wipers work since you haven't mentioned that they don't.

Attempt to operate the windshield washers.  Do the wipers sweep:
   -- If not, the switch is likely defective.
   -- If so, you know the switch is working properly.  Go to the next step.

Did you hear the washer pump run?
   -- If so, there's a blockage or leak in one of the washer lines or the pump inlet screen.
   -- If not, the pump is likely defective.

The washer pump seems especially prone to failure on models with a rear wiper.
