Hyundai Repair: brakes, rear brakes, hyundai h 100

Question
I'm getting front brakes on my hyundai h-100 but no back brakes.
I jacked up the rare of the vehicle off the ground and put it in first gear and pressed brakes and the wheels were still turning although I adjusted the brakes. So what can do to solve this?

Answer
I don't have any experience with or knowledge of this vehicle since it's not sold in the U.S., but I'll attempt to answer you since there should be no significant differences between its braking system and that used in other passneger vehicles.

You'll need to determine whether this is a hydraulic problem or a mechanical problem.

Loosen one of the bleeders at the rear brakes and have an assistant depress the brake pedal.  (Do not allow release of the brake pedal until the bleeder has been closed or air may be introduced into the system).

If you get no pressure, you have a hydraulic issue.  Check by loosening connections in the rear brake lines between the rear brakes and the master cylinder until you've located two adjacent joints, one with pressure and one without.  In this case, there will be a blockage between the two joints.

If air comes out, you need to bleed the brakes.

If brake fluid comes out (with pressure), the issue is mechanical in the rear brakes.
