Answer
The procedure below is from memory.  I also encourage you to go to www.hmaservice.com (requires Internet Explorer) and register for an account, log in, and view the timing belt service information in the shop manual section.  There are many diagrams that will help you gather a better idea of how the job will progress.  As with any job, use reasonable logic when following the steps.  If something doesn't seem quite right, assess the situation.

1.  Apply the parking brake.
2.  Raise the right front of the vehicle and place on a jack stand.
3.  Remove the right front wheel.
4.  Support the engine with a floor jack with a block of wood under the oil pan.
5.  Remove the engine mount.
6.  Loosen the four 10mm water pump pulley bolts.
7.  Loosen the 12mm alternator adjuster clamping bolt.
8.  Adjust the alternator in and remove the alternator belt.
9.  Loosen the 12mm power steering pump clamping bolt.
10.  Adjust the pump in and remove the power steering belt.
11.  Remove the four 10mm bolts and remove the water pump pulleys.
12.  Remove the four 10mm bolts holding the upper timing cover in place and remove the cover.
13.  Remove the right side engine splash shield.
14.  Loosen the 14mm clamping bolt on the a/c tensioner pulley.
15.  Adjust the pulley out and remove the a/c belt.
16.  Remove the crank pulley bolt and crank pulley.
17.  Remove the five 10mm bolts and remove the lower timing belt cover.
18.  Turn the engine until the camshaft and crankshaft are aligned to the marks indicating top dead center.
19.  Loosen the 14mm timing belt tensioner pulley bolt, noting the position of the hole in the pulley relative to the bolt.  Typically, the hole is directly under the bolt, or a little to the right of that position.
20.  Remove the timing belt.
21.  Install the new belt, placing all the slack on the tensioner pulley side.
22.  Hold the tensioner pulley in its previous position, and tighten the 14mm bolt.
23.  Turn the crankshaft two full turns clockwise and verify the timing marks are still aligned.  If not aligned, return to step 19 and realign the marks.
24.  Install the timing belt covers.
25.  Install the crank pulley.
26.  Install the a/c belt, tension and lock.
27.  Install the water pump pulleys and tighten the four 10mm bolts.
28.  Install the power steering belt, tension, and lock.
29.  Install the alternator belt, tension, and lock.
30.  Install the engine mount.
31.  Install the splash shield.
32.  Install the right front wheel.
33.  Lower the vehicle.
