Hyundai Repair: hyundaie tibrone 03, clutch slippage, transmission level

when i am driving my car it feels very sluggish it revs high and doesn't the same power it had before and some times it smells lik e plastic burning but nothing is leaking oil level is fine  i cant seem to find the dipstick to jeck the transmission level .what do think it is

The combination of sluggish and high revving suggest you may have a transmission or clutch slippage issue.  

If you have an automatic, you should check the fluid.  The dipstick is in the tube coming out of the top of the pan on the front of the transmission.

If you have a manual transmission, you should suspect that your clutch is slipping and may need to be replaced.

In either case, since I cannot feel what's happening, I recommend you have the car checked by a competent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy mechanic prior to spending a lot of money on repairs.
