Hyundai Repair: Vent louvers, phillips screws, rear portion

Question
Hey HT,

I would like to know what would be the best way to install the a/c vent (airflow deflector) on the far driver's side. It has three mounting screws on the new replacement part which look like they may be hard to access (especially the top one).  Also, I may be replacing my middle console bevel in the near future, how do I remove the old one? Thanks

Answer
Presuming you have a 2001 Sonata (since it appears you posted the previous question with that information) I'm not familiar with how the air register attaches, but if it screws into the dash, it does so from the back of the dash.  Unfortunately, if that's the case, you'll need to remove the dash to replace it.

If I recall correctly for the console, the front portion of the console trim pries out, and then you need to remove two Phillips screws to remove the rear portion of the console trim.
