Hyundai Repair: Hyundai XG350 2002 Remote Reprogram, hyundai xg350, fuse box

I bought a new keyless entry remote online.  They included directions for reprogramming the remote receiver that were fairly simple.  But I cannot find the receiving unit.  I've looked under the dash everywhere.  Can you tell me where the receiving unit for the remote entry is located on the 2002 XG350?

The keyless entry receiver is part of the ETACM (electronic time and alarm control module), which is attached to the interior fuse box.  There's no switch or anything on the module, so I'm not sure why you need to find it.  To my knowledge, the only way to program remotes on the XG is with a Hyundai scan tool.
