Isuzu Repair: 1991 Rodeo wont start, horn blows, starter relay

Question
I have a 1991 Rodeo that wouldn't start...not even a click.  I replaced the battery but it still wouldn't start.  I have a suspect kill switch (which was installed after market) and has been "jiggly".  The headlights come on, horn blows, but dash lights don't come on. I tried replacing the starter relay but it made no difference.  What should I do next?  Thank you!

Answer
Well to be honest Judy if it wasn't a factory kill switch then I would be shooting in the dark by trying to tell you how to reset it. The shop should rset it for free or for under 35 dollars. If you need any resources online or have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask okay? Have a great weekened:)
