Isuzu Repair: emmision dash light..?, dash light, autozone

hello I have a kia but think this question would be the same for isuzo..?
the emission light came on after I washed the engine
and the car runs rough..any ideas ..I have looked for disconnected wire or hoses but found none..any ideas?

Well water has probably seeped into one of the engine's connections somehow. Is it the o2 sensor or what light? I would assume that you probably shorted out one of these sensors when you cleaned your engine and so it turned your dash light on. Although you can go to Autozone and they scan and diagnose your car for free Rolfe. I am sorry if I didn't help you but if you need anything else please let me know okay?
