Isuzu Repair: 1995 Isuzu Rodeo trouble starting, isuzu rodeo, 1995 isuzu rodeo

Question
Once or twice a week I seem to have a hard time starting my Rodeo. I have to press the pedal all the way down then let up a bit in order for the engine to turn over. Usually it starts with slight pressure on the pedal.I never have problems once it starts as far as stalling or anything. I also noticed that the check transmission light will come on once I get it started and the drive or reverse gear seem to slip. Usually by restarting the rodeo it will go away.Could this be a fuel injection problem?

Answer
Hello Dave, make sure to get your tranny flushed and a new filter ok? Also your fuel filter might be clogged or your fuel pump sending unit negative connection might be loose, check your fuel pressure and all hoses and lines for a good seal, let me know how it goes ok?
