Jeep Repair: 2001 jeep grand cherokee, jeep grand cherokee, dual climate

i have a 2001 jeep grand cherokee and the heater and air conditioner stoped working and the lights and everything does not work on the dual climate control. when you turnthe car on nothing works and it doesnt come on at all. what could it be and what part would i have to replace? thank you!

Check all the fuses, both in the engine compartment and under the dash. The fuse for the HVAC system may have blown. If all the fuses are good you don't have any option other than to take it to a knowledgeable mechanic to have the problem properly diagnosed as this is fairly complex system.
