Jeep Repair: Blower Fan, jeep cherokee classic, blower motor resistor

Question
I just bought a 2000 jeep cherokee classic, and they a wire going to the blower fuse and it oftens come undone, when it dose the fan does not blow heat, i was told i need a new blower switch, but can't find one if that is what i need, so i was wondering if you would know what i would be able to do.

so u get to fix something that some one hacked up huh good luck with that one. The blower motor resistor is only the ground part of the system not power. If some one hot wired the blower motor  u might have a broken wire some where or  something  who knows what some people do to try and fix there cars.
