Jeep Repair: AC drain clog., grand cherokee, watter

I have a 95 Grand Cherokee, It leaks the ac condensation on the floor. I have drilled the drain per tech buletin and water poured out where it is supposed to under the car. However when I put the hanger thru the hole I felt no obstruction. After a short time running It stopped draining again. Removed plug watter comes out of hole?? What next?

u will need to remove the dash  and hvac housing and clean out all the trash that is inside there clogging it up. There is a new cowl screen that will stop stuff like that getting inside the housing. I would do this sorta thing on the side I live in Atlanta.
