Ron,
Our newly acquired JGC blows hot air whenever the fan is on whether its automatic or manual. Whats the best way to troubleshoot this problem. Any resources you can point me too?

You have a problem with either the H/AC controls or the diverter doors in the heater box under the dash.  Only someone with an eye for what should be happening when you set the controls in a certain position will be able to tell what is wrong.  I suggest you invest in a trip to your local Jeep service department and have them take a look.
