I just noticed a small anti-freeze leak under my 2005 Range Rover after it had been setting for about 7 hours. Could it be a hose?

It's possible a hose is leaking but it's more likely a gasket.  I'd look at the intake gasket, the head gaskets, the radiator seams, and the water pump and front cover gasket.

A pressure test should tell the story, but you have to do it cold because the leak only happens after the car has cooled off, based on what you wrote
