hi ,please help me how to deal with this issue i tried to enter the eca code but no success

In my experience the code is entered by turning the key in the driver door lock,  4 3 2 2 would be done with four counterclockwise twists of the lock, followed by three clockwise, then two counter clockwise, then two clockwise.  If that did not work I would start clockwise and do the same thing.   We don't have EKA in America unless it's custom configured so I don't see that often.  If it does not work for you it may be that EKA was disabled in the BECM as it generally is here,  In that case you need a T4 or Autologic to do a security reset and relearn
