Land Rover Repair: 2002 land rover discovery heating problem, land rover discovery, head gasket

2002 land rover come in with heating problem i changed thermostat refilled blead system drove truck 8 to 10 miles heated in cab good temp gauge read good driver picked up truck went about ten miles truck heating checked resovor bubbles coming out of return from radiator so i pulled heads off had surfaced could not find head gasket blown pulled water pump off checked ok put back on put heads back on water back in system blead system cranked engine bubbles still coming out of return seems water not circulating threw block so i shot air in cylinders 5 cylinder had a few bubbles checked rest of cylinders ok went back to 5 retest ok preasure test checked 5 for water dry  taking radiator out now water flows good with hose stuck in top but going to have checked  could sleve move in block  engine has 120k on it any advice thanks    i do get steam when running trying to bleed system
