Land Rover Repair: A/C, air vent, button panel

Question
I recently replaced the fuel pump and relay and basically lightly air-cleaned a few of the plugs under the hood by the washer fluid reservoir.  After finishing, my entire fan/AC/air vent button panel went dead.  I checked and even replaced the fuses my manual pointed out and nothing.  How do I even check if it is the fan itself or it is not getting power?

If the truck were here at Robison Service, andy the fuses and relays were good, we would swap out the panel for a known good one.  Failing that, you can get out the wiring book and test power but that is one of those problems that is most rapidly resolved by swapping in a panel.
