Land Rover Repair: Land Rover Discovery - 2003, land rover discovery, body control module

Question
Battery has be going dead a few times in our Land Rover Discover - 2003.  Found out that after we turn off the ignition in the radio can still be turned on. What would cause this?  A couple of times when the radio was on and we turned off the ignition the radio stayed on. Is this a computer problem?  Bad battery - OR?

Answer
There is a body control module that may be keeping things alive. You need to look at whether the module is bad, or if it's receiving signals that keep it from powering down.  You also need a T4 or Autologic to configure the new module, if one is needed.  I suspect this will be a job for a LR specialist with the proper tools as it's more than multimeter diagnostics
