Land Rover Repair: Engine Discovery I suddenly die., spark plug gap, oxygen sensors

I have a 1996 Discovery V8i 3.9L. Finally I replace the product with the MSD coil and cable spark plug brand split fire . And also plug splitfire. But the machine is only good 2 hours, then often die alone. After that I replace the other . Now I use RN12YC whether champion plug is right?
If I use coil MSD spark plugs are most suitable?
Why in my discovery does not have  Oxygen sensor?

Hi Disyon,

You should stay as close as you can to OEM parts.  

Coil for your Disco is a Bosch Make/type Bosch 0-221-122-392.

Spark plugs should be Champion RN11YCC and gap is 0.84mm to 0.96mm.

UNLESS you are in the Australian market:

Use Fuel 91 RON minimum unleaded

The Compression ratio 8.13:1

Use Spark plug Champion RN12YC with a spark plug gap between
0.84-0.96mm (0.033 to 0.038 inches)

Ignition Timing at 800 rev/min max
(vacuum pipe disconnected) 2°BTDC ± 1°

I do believe that you should have two HO2S (oxygen sensors) on the exhaust pipe (downpipe exhaust).
