Hi John

Over the past month we have noticed a loud high pitched noise when accelerating. Seems to go away after 10 minutes of driving. I don't think it's critical but very annoying, can I fix it.

The noise could really be many things.  I suggest you find a local Land Rover specialist and take him for a ride.  If you don't know any specialists try looking at the list of shops on www.rangerovers.net
