I ALSO PUT AA NEW ALTERNATOR ON IT STILL WONT CRANK IF I PUT THE KEY IN & TURN IT THE ENGINE DOESN'T EVEN MAKE A SOUND THE IGNITION JUST CLICKS AS IF IF IS SUPPOSE TO BE THE START I HAVE ALSO CHANGED THE CABIN FILTERS ADDED OIL I HAVE BEEN USING A KEY THAT I HAD MADE OVER A YEAR AGO BECAUSE I LOST MY MASTER KEY. MY GARAGE ALSO HAS BEEN REPROGRAMMED TWICE SENSE MY TRUCK HAS BEEN BACKED IN NOT WORKING. ALSO AFTER REPLACING THE BATTERY THE NEW 1 WAS DRAIN SO THE NEW BATTERY I HAVE AGAIN I HAVE LEFT UNPLUGGED I DON'T KNOW WHY MY TRUCK WONT CRANK

Answer
I assume you have done the basics - you have made sure the battery voltage is 12, the cables are good, and there is power at the starter.  You've made sure the engine to body ground is clean, and the battery ground is clean.  You've checked the fuse box connections and the big fuses are all OK.

Right?

If the truck still won't crank after pulling the battery the most likely cause is a loss of sync between the BECM and Engine computers.  The car will have to be towed to a dealer or shop with an Autologic or T4 system to correct that problem.
