Land Rover Repair: 99 Range Rover, lilt, range rover

I recently purchase a second hand Range rover their is a light with a jeep and arrow pionting down or up i really own remember and in the middle of the counsole 3 of the tractions lights are lilt and if you fel the button it feels like its stuck in and if pressed hard engough the fourth button lights up and most important shake really really bad so bad i cant drive it ... help me i dont know jack but i love my range

Isn't "EAS fault" text on the display?
Otherwise you will have to go in a workshop to read the fault codes, or check the real-time display the sensors readings.

So the air springs control unit was blocked the system by some fault, and wont work until the fault code isn't cleared.
