Land Rover Repair: Electrical Connundrums, rovers north, electrical issues

Question
I just bought a 1993 LR RR County (LWB) with just 58K. And while the engine is strong, there are electrical issues that I could some guidance with in remedying (especially after just paying my local LR shop $500 to reconnect the security system today). 1) My back windows won't work from the door switch, but they work from the console. Where is the ECU for these windows and how do I check it to diagnose the problem?
2) My rear wiper will not engage. Someone told me it was 99% likely to be a rusted arm and to replace the unit. Then he sold me a new one, which, of course, doesn't work either. So it's not the motor. What steps to take to diagnose? 3) I found out today my rear lock actuator doesn't work (won't engage when security system is on).
Thanks for any constructive input.

The first step would be to see if the window lock switch in the center console is off.

The window ECU is in the dash.  You could buy an electrical troubleshooting manual from Rovers North - 802 879 0032 - with illustrations of components and locations

2) My rear wiper will not engage. Someone told me it was 99% likely to be a rusted arm and to replace the unit. Then he sold me a new one, which, of course, doesn't work either. So it's not the motor. What steps to take to diagnose?

The wiper is run by a device called a multi function relay.  I'd refer you to the electrical guide for checking that, too

3) I found out today my rear lock actuator doesn't work (won't engage when security system is on).

Most likely the wires from rear gate to body are split from flexing, or the rear gate handle has corroded and failed.  Both are common
