Land Rover Repair: Centre diff lock, transfer case, diesels

Question

Hi John! I am not sure whether my Discovery has the diff lock spigot fitted to the transfer case or not.
 I Know that at some time in 2001 it was dropped.

My vehicle is a TD5 2001 build 06/2001.
I have had a look underneath but am not sure at this stage what to look for.
 Hoping you can assist.

The transfer case fitted to diesels in the UK is a different model from the one we see here in the states.  You should address this question to your local dealer, who can look the answer up in his parts system.  My parts lookup is for US market only.

If you want center diff lock you can buy a kit to add it, even if the truck did not have it originally.
