Land Rover Repair: dash lights, obd ii scanner, land rover discovery

 Hello, Thanks for your help.. I really could use it.   I have a 00 land rover discovery that I recently purchased and have had a few problems with for starters the check engine light came on and has been on until i filled the gas tank completely and then it went off. at the same time the srs,tc,abs,and the hill descent lights all went on and have stayed on. the car drives good though if you had any ideas id greatly appreciate it

I guess my idea is . . . have it checked out.

There is no way to look at the lights and guess what's wrong.  While I doubt you have a life-threatening problem, you just don't know unless you check.

You need to find a shop with with the specialist Land Rover test system to read those faults.  The engine fault could be read with a generic OBD II scanner, but the ABS fault can only be read with the Land Rover tool.
