Lexus Repair: Heated seat failure, lexus ls400, factory service manuals

Both of my heated seats in my 1993 Lexus LS400 do not function.  Have checked/replaced fuse.  When the heated seat button (either one) is punched in, I hear a click under the passenger seat. Is there solinoid or relay gone bad somewhere or something else?

Yes, there are two relays per seat. Check the 15amp Seat HTR fuse, the grounding with the rest of the seat controls. The relays, and the heaters themselves.
