Lexus Repair: 1999 Lexus RX300 drive cycle, lexus rx300, 1999 lexus rx300

Question
I recently completed rebuilding a salvage title 1999 Lexus RX300.  The car is complete and ready for Missouri state emission and safety inspections.  Last night I took the car for an emission inspection.  The car failed.  According to the technician the failure was most likely due to the battery being disconnected during the repair work.  Three OBDII codes were displsyed as " Not Ready".  The technician explained that each automobile has a specific "Drive Cycle" proceedure which causes the computer to once again recognize each sensor or input.  Do you know the Drive Cycle for a 1999 Lexus RX300?  Do you know where I can locat this proceedure?  He mentioned it has several specific steps to follow but is easily accomplished.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Answer
Hello, Does not sound right to me. I have not seen or heard of this happening. I have had many motors out while body work has been done and upon reinstall everything was fine. I would start by going over any wires that may be near the impact area for damage.
