Lexus Repair: TRC, traction control system, light glows

Dear Sir,
I am an owner of Lexus 3.0G. Most of the time when I start my car 'trc' (traction control system?) light glows on and continues. My mechanic said that the brake pads have become very thin. Is this is the reason?

Hello Nurul,
    Your mehanic trying to sell you something that you don't actually need. The only vehicle that has brake sensor is the Ls400.  I would bring your vehicle to a local Independent Lexus service have them take a look at it. Good luck sir.
