Lincoln/Mercury Repair: 1990 Lincoln Continental, wheel bearing, lincoln continental

Question
Pete,
I have two questions for you regarding my Continental.
First, I have not had this vehicle on the road for at least 4 years. During this time frame, I did not start the vehicle regularly. It basically sat in my driveway for 4 years. I am thinking about putting it back on the road, is there any special preparation I should do first.
Second, The rear driver-side tire does not spin. I believe that it is a hung caliper. What can I do to release the caliper.
Thanks, Joe

Answer
the first thing is change the oil and charge the battery or replace with a new one see if it starts then a good tune up . the caplier will have to be removed and removed and wheel bearing and brakes should be replaced on all for wheels and bearings repacked pete
