Mazda Repair: 1994 626 4cyl No Start, air control valve, leak down test

Question
Although 130psi is lower than the standard 170psi for this car, the car was running fine one day and not starting the next. The car has had this much compression since I bought it 60,000km ago and has started in -20C just last week. (It is much warmer now)

-----Question-----
1994 626 cronos, 4 cyl, manual T, 362,000KM - Has fuel pressure, spark, 160lbs compression in 2 cylinders, 130lbs in other 2. Timing belt hasn't skipped. Just keeps cranking without any indication of catching. Checked all fuses.
Thanks for your help!
-----Answer-----
130lbs not very good! was it ever overheated? should be around 200. did you do a leak down test with a shot of oil in the cyl's?

Answer
ok.. check the rotor close for any pinholes that can redirect spark,  also give the iac valve a tap with a small hammer. not sure how mechicaly you are, so let me explain, maybe you know about them or not.. iac is the idle air control valve, it's located on top of the throttle body, i've seen alot of them stuck open or shut and do all kinds of starting or running problems. let me know
