Mazda Repair: car is dead computer reset?, mazda mpv, fuse panel

My Mazda mpv is dead, it would not start even with a new battery. It is so dead that the light on the dashboard does not even come up nor i can change the gear. is there a reset button for the computer in the car. I checked all the fuses they all seem good.  Please help as i can not even tow the car to a shop since i can not put the gear in neutral and it is against the wall from the front.
Th eonly thing that is working is the headlight. The radio and inside light are out.
Please help if you know of any reset button or a solution to th e problem. Please ASAP.

HI sam thanks for asking
THe first thing I need you to do is to check the 100 AMP main fuse in the fuse panel underneith the hood, Alll the power goes through this fuse then distributed. It sounds like this fuse might be blown, check this and get back to me
