Mercedes Benz repair: smoke out the back of car

my Mercedes 320ml year 2000 with 106,000 miles on it, when I accelerate white smoke comes out of exhaust.....

that depends on the color of the smoke if it is white you are leaking antifreeze in your cylindert block which would mean head gasket. If its black smoke it is a fuel too rich which is going into your engine block and car running too rich check your fuel consumption change oil and check gas in oil.And if it is blueish white smoke it is oil which means your piston rings are shot which in fact means too much oil is getting by your pistons and this would be the worst case scenario, chances are though it is your head gasket.
