QuestionI just recently bought a 1984 Sel Mercedes Benz with a 148723 miles, I am having problem with it running hot, i just recently flush the raditor out and change the themostat, is there any thing else i should be checking for? Have anyone else had this problem?

#1. Bad thermostat, even a new one can be bad.
#2. Plugged radiator = flow testing for diagnosis.
#3. Engine cooling fan clutch bad.
#4. Aux cooling circuit or fan problem.
