Replaced the fuel pump a few months back and now there is another leak that seems to be a rusted out gas tank. Parts are very hard to find for this truck (especially in Canada) and expensive. What are the options in regards to replacing or fixing a gas tank?

You should be able to remove the tank and have it boiled at a radiator shop. They can weld the rusted sections and then coat the interior of the tank with an epoxy coating to keep the rust from damaging any of your other components. This should cost around $250.00
