Question -
I have a 1984 cucv m1008,a former camo green navy seebee unit.I would like to have the paint redone but I don't like the green camo that it has, as it is sort of a light mosth green, maybe due to weathering or a different shade then original spec's. could you tell me the corrct millitary code for the green and dessert tan. Thank You

Answer -
Olive Drab is the normal military green, and sand, if I'm not mistaken.

Answer
Hi Luis,
Is there an additional question here?

I don't think the military pays much attention to a color code. At least we didn't in the body shop when I was in. We just ordered some more OD Green paint.
I'm sure there was probably a federal stock number on the can, and a Mil spec. We just never looked at it for any reason.

A paint store, where they mix automotive finishes might be able to help.

Have you tried to do a Google search?
