I typically do not answer "How do I..." questions as all those questions can be answered much more thoroughly with a repair manual, that can purchased at most auto parts stores.  I'm also not familiar with the Magnas that were sold in Australia, not to mention the year of car.  But typically, to remove an alternator in any car, you'll at least need to loosen the tension bolt and adjuster bolt on the alternator so you can get the belt off.  You may also need to remove other components around the alternator in order to easily access the bolts and remove the unit.
