Mitsubishi Repair: 92 Expo LRV fuel pump no power, fuel pump relay, fuel situation

I have a no fuel situation on a 1992 expo lrv. The fuel pump is not running when the key is turned on and cranking. Checked the power at the connector to the fuel pump which is located under the the rear seat under an access cover.  There is no power at that connector.  Chiltons and other sources state that there is a fuel pump relay but it does not say where it is located.  I've just about turn this car apart looking for this. any idea where this could be ?

Snick: In with the engine is small black boxes, some cars have two others have three, in those are relays and large fuses. That is where I would look, those boxes have what is in them on the top of the boxes. But as the car gets old, that is often hard to read, so put on your reading glasses you might need them.
