Mitsubishi Repair: 1998 Eclipse GS-T, eclipse gs, radio code

Question
I just replaced my clutch and had the battery unhooked while doing the week long repair. Everything should be operational but I have a code display on the radio and the car won't even try to turn over even though the battery is fine. Any idea how to get it up and running and how to get the radio code?

Answer
J.T.,
It's possible your starter motor got bumped around and lost its ground connection.  But it's also possible your starter motor simply gave out and needs to be replaced.  It's not uncommon for a nearly 10 year old car to have a starter fail.

As far as the radio code, you should have been given that code on a card from the dealership if you are the original owner.  Else, you would need to contact your local dealership service department to get the code for your specific car.
Good luck!
