Mitsubishi Repair: Headlamp, mitsubishi mirage, headlamp bulb

Question
Have a 1999 Mitsubishi Mirage.  How do I replace the Headlamp bulb?  Do I have to take the cover off to replace the lamp or can you get it out the back some how?

David: I believe when you open the hood and look behind the lights, you can pull the bulb out through the back and just change the bulb. But do not handle the bulbs with your hands but rather wear a glove. Because the oils from your skin can cause the bulb to break. Also it would be good if you went out and bought yourself a repair manual for your car. Most parts stores have them around $20.00 and well worth the money. Hope this helps and God bless: Linda
