Mitsubishi Repair: electrical, fog lights, highbeams

Question
I have lost secondary turn signals, wipers and fog lights.  I have primary functions basic headlights (no highbeams) and one wiper speed (no fluid fuction).  There are no fuses out and everything else is working.  Is this a control module problem or posibly something deeper?

Answer
Jeff: Sounds like a relay to me, have your checked all those larger fuses inside the engine department of your car. There is three black boxes, one by the firewall on the driver's side of the car, and the other two are over by the battery. On the outside of the box on the lid will explain that they cover. You should check those boxes too. Could be you have a short in your steering column, or more than one bad switch. Because the turn signals, wipers and the highbeams run on the same line, but the fog lights would be by themself. You need to get a repair manual and a voltmeter to find the problem. The repair manual would explain the right readings that you should be getting with the voltmeter. Sears sells some nice ones for not much money and your cars' repair manual would be bought at any parts store for around $20.00. Hope this helps and good luck!
