Mitsubishi Repair: 1995 Diamante LS DOHC misses, plug wires, diamante

I have this 1995 diamante. I've been trying to figure out why its missing. I've done a complete tune up. New Wires, New Coils,new plugs, plenum gasket. The car will idel Fine when you start it up but about 3 minutes after start up it misses. I've found out that the plug wires on 3 and 6 loose there power. Causing the Miss what does this sound like to you? Thanks a ton bye mike

This sounds like it could be a problem with the car's computer. Seeing that everything runs fine when first started, then starts to you loose spark on 2 cylinders after a few minutes, that's something a malfunctioning computer can cause.  It's also a good idea to be sure the engine is getting enough fuel.  If the computer detects a lack of fuel being delivered, it can reduce spark as well.  But have the computer checked, that may be the cause.
