how to fix my bike I was  riding and it just shut off NO ELECTRICAL power and It has new battery and new voltage regulator ? any advise thanks

First off, what was the reason to replace the Battery and Voltage regulator?
Did something happen after the new parts were installed?
These things come to mind.
A short in the Stator wiring.
A Faulty CDI box.
Faulty Ignition Switch.
Blow Fuse.
Bad Relay.
Bad or lose connection.
When this happens, you need a circuit tester to see where the open circuit is located.
Start checking at the battery, and work your way forward...
