Motorcycle Repair: 07 ultra random misfire, power comander, best bet

i have an 07 ultra that around 2000 rpm has a misfire i have replace plugs, wires,installed a new power comander , wiggle tested the injector harness,switched out coil,checked fuel pressure,it did this with the oe computer as well it has no codes nor ever stored any.any help would be great thank you

Right now it could be about anything, but I would say its a intermitment short. Your best bet is to get a dianostic run on the bike. Even though you are showing no codes the dianostic is more complete and it will probably show up there
